VoIP Pre-Configuration Service

It's simple, it will save you time and money and it means your good to go as soon as you take your VoIP telephone out of the box and plug it in. It really is Plug and Play.

If you already have a SIP account and you can supply us with your SIP Account details we can ship your ordered product pre-configured.

Here is how it works:

1. Place your order for your chosen VoIP phone

2. Add the Pre-configuration service to your basket

3. A member of our Technical Team will contact you by e-mail and request further details.  Provided we have all the information required we can normally pre-configure and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.

* Charge is per Unit configured eg. per base unit for the Siemens Gigaset Range  and per Phone on the Snom Desk Phones. Only the VoIP Provisioning Service is Pre-configured and tested - the VoIP connectivity. Any other service / configuration eg but not limited to: Dialling Plans, Number assignment, Call Forwarding etc is not part of this Service.  This service is available only for goods purchased from Hip-IP Ltd on selected VoiP Telephones.  Valid SIP Account details are required to be provided by the customer.
