How long after shipping will I receive my order?

We use both the International Air Mail Services and a range of Courier Services to ensure your package is delivered quickly and securely.  Full details will be emailed to you on dispatch of your order. All orders are fully insured and require a signature on receipt.

Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped within 1 working day of it being placed.  Orders can be placed at any time 24 hours per day 365 days a year, however our opening times for processing and delivery of your order are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Greenwich Mean Time.  Certain Days in the UK are designated as Holidays and are therefore non working days, our Holidays for 2011 are as follows: January 3, April 22,  April 25, April 29, May 2, May 3, August 29, December 25, December 26, December 27.  If for any reason your order is not processed within 1 working day of it being placed we will advise you by e-mail.

Once your order has been processed and shipped the delivery time is outside of our control, however, for UK deliveries and world wide Courier deliveries we will endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time published below.  For worldwide deliveries, via Royal Mail International Signed For, please note that once your order has been passed to the International Mail Service it may not be possible for us to contact them on your behalf, however after a period of 60 days have elapsed and delivery has not been attempted we will consider your order lost and then will either refund your transaction or re-send your order. 

Once delivery has been attempted it is your responsibility to arrange collection / delivery of your order from the Carrier.

UK:

Standard Delivery - 3 working days

Next working Day - 1 working day (therefore usually up to 2 working days after placing the order) 

Europe:

International Signed For (Air Mail) - up to 21 days*

Standard Courier Europe - 5 to 7 days

Australia:

For goods which are despatched within Australia - 3 working days

For goods which are despatched from the UK:

International Signed For (Air Mail) - up to 42 days*

Economy Courier - up to 14 days

Standard Courier - 7 -10 days

Rest of World:

International Signed For (Air Mail) - up to 42 days*

Standard Courier Rest of World - 7 to 10 days

* Please note that this is the International Mail System.  Orders are shipped via Air Mail from the UK to the appropriate International Mail System.  Delivery times vary dependant upon the International Postal Service in use.
